During our first session, we go through a full health history and FMS (Functional Movement Screen). Plan for 1 to 1.5 hrs for this session.

Purchasing a pack keeps you accountable and shows commitment to your health and wellness goals by planning ahead. Sessions are sold in packs of 10 and increases by increments of 5.

*Sessions are valid for 3 months after purchase and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
